Lodger agreement: license to rent a room
 

Use this lodger agreement to rent a room in your home to one or more people. This agreement creates a license to use the property, with far fewer legal requirements for the landlord than a lease or a tenancy agreement.

Part-time lodger agreement: license to rent a room
 

Use this lodger agreement to rent a room to someone who stays in the landlord’s house on a regular but part-time basis (for example Monday to Friday) and returns to their own home in-between visits. It is ideal for landlords wishing to rent a room during the week only, or at weekends only. Student “tenancy” agreement: license to rent a room
